With MemoCard Exam you test your knowledge with different types of questions and then learn your weaknesses.
An exercise test from your own learning material
MemoCard uses your existing learning cards as a basis. AI complements suitable answer alternatives. Depending on the content and selected question types, this results in a mix of different tasks.
You don’t have to take a separate exam by hand. Nevertheless, check your starting cards for understandable questions and correct answers.
How to prepare your exam
- Open your card set and select “Start exam”.
- Determine the learning area or the number of cards.
- Choose question types, difficulty and the passing threshold. Set a time limit if needed.
- Choose training or simulation and start generation.
Training or simulation?
Training
You control your answer directly and receive feedback after each question. Suitable if you want to learn while testing.
Simulation
There is no feedback during the exam. The evaluation only appears at the end. Suitable if you want to check your knowledge as unaffected as possible.

Short answers
What is “cat” in German?
Answer: Katze
For short, unequivocal answers such as vocabulary and terms.
Not every subject suits every question type, so the actual mix may differ. Long explanations are not graded as free-form essays. For short answers, capitalization and extra whitespace are ignored; arbitrary paraphrases are not automatically accepted as equivalent.
Understand your results
At the end, you see the percentage of correct answers and whether you reached the passing threshold. Unanswered questions do not count as correct. For matching questions, every match must be correct.
Example: 24 out of 30 correct – 80%
With a passing threshold of 70 %, this exercise test has been passed.
The Next Step: Study weaknesses
“Study weaknesses” starts a session using incorrectly answered or unanswered cards. Matching questions include the corresponding source cards. After practising, you can start a new exam.
Thus, the result becomes a concrete next learning step.

AI-generated questions can contain errors. Check questionable questions against your study material. The result reflects this practice exam and does not guarantee passing a real exam.
