User actions and invitations
Find out what the icons in the user overview mean and when you can resend invitations.
The actions in the user overview
The icons are on the right of each user line. What actions are available depends on the user status and your permissions.
- Learning overview
- The diagram icon opens the learning overview of this person. This requires a connection to the service.
- Resend invitation
- The envelope icon sends a new account setup invitation. It appears only while this action is available for the user. Resending is not intended for accounts whose setup is complete. Check the result: creating a new link does not mean the email was sent successfully.
- Edit
- The pen opens the user data. Adjust the available fields and learning groups and save the changes.
- Deactivate/reactivate
- The person icon switches between these actions depending on the current state. Deactivate blocks access; by reactivating, you can release it again. Then check the status in the list.
- Delete user
- The trash icon opens a confirmation dialog. According to the dialog, deleting disables access and removes the user from the overview. Read the confirmation before proceeding.
“Active” and “Inactive” describe the access status. From this alone, it cannot be deduced whether the account has already been set up.
